Frederick
Managing Director, United Kingdom
Frederick is the Founder and current Managing Director here, with over seven years of industry experience his expertise was critical in our earliest stages. At the forefront of all growth Frederick has grasped a number of personal clients and developed our partnerships with both HYPESTREAM and AShowCalledYo as he executes stage two of our growth strategy. Over the years he has acquired a large number of key industry contacts which we have been able to make use of in countless projects. Before the construction of Spaniel, Frederick grew a personal roster of talented streamers across Twitch to aid with accounts such as Leukaemia and Lymphoma Society in partnership with Engine Shop. Frederick was highly influential as we added Ubisoft and Valve Corporation to our client list, remaining a vital part of our ongoing relationships.
∣Moderation
Nico
Moderation Consultant, Germany
Nico is the latest and youngest member of our team. He is a native German speaker with a full understanding of English too. Though experience is not lacking for Nico, with in-depth expertise in development he spearheads our progress in automated services across all platforms. His regular involvement in a wide variety of broadcasts from humble communities to the largest Esports organisations in the world allows him to be able to adapt to any number of different broadcast protocols.
Terrance
Moderation Consultant, United Kingdom
Terrance is a vital member of our team, providing a calculated perspective in real time. His knowledge of other cultures, trends and ongoing events plays a key role in our moderation. His experience spans across many of the largest Esports broadcasts in the world - bringing his expertise to Rocket League. Terrance was recently appointed our Project Manager for RLCS broadcasts and we hope he will continue this invaluable work further afield. As well as moderation, Terrance is involved extensively in the Rocket League community and is a current member of the RLCS Admin team.
Daniyar
Moderation Consultant, Kazakhstan
Daniyar is currently our longest serving team member. As well as providing outstanding moderation capabilities he boasts a phenomenal understanding of chat manipulation. His current role sees him heavily invested in our automated moderation using complex regular expressions. This key development is an invaluable part of our success, particularly across Twitch. Daniyar also boasts vast experience in chat moderation, featuring the very largest of names in Esports. At the beginning of 2022 he took control of WePlay Esports as the Moderation Lead.
Will
Moderation Consultant, United States
Will’s has been a staple member of our team since February, adding a decade of experience and showcasing their exceptional knowledge of the esports sector through a variety of projects; starting as the Moderation Lead at BTS which has seen him work under a number of titles, he is now also working with other organisations using his previous expertise and his plethora of industry contacts to expand his portfolio further. Will’s primary role is focussed on the quality of our Rainbow 6 broadcasts, however another project he has been working on is the preparation for Dota 2's The International - one of the biggest esport events of the year. As a side from the moderation side, he enjoys administrating Dota 2 lobbies and is often praised by both his peers, and the teams for his consistent professional demeanour.
